Registration

All participants must be registered in order to play and/or coach Hockey with HAYHA. Registration consists of the following:

When registering with HAYHA, coaches, players and/or parents are committing to place a priority on practices and games and will do their best to juggle other obligations, manage their time around the team and strive for 100% attendance. Additionally, players/parents acknowledge that absence from practices and games hurt both individual and team performance and accept that if absences occur, there may be consequences to his/her playing time during games. During the regular season, an HAYHA registered player may only be rostered on ONE USA Hockey rostered team unless otherwise approved by the HAYHA Board of Directors. Approval of participation will be contingent on the impact of scheduled HAYHA team activities. At no time can an HAYHA player belong to more than one National Hockey Federation (ie. USA Hockey and Canadian Hockey Association). Failure to adhere to this policy may result in disciplinary action up to forfeiture of membership from the Association.
